It's the best coffee shop in Bellingham. Plentiful seating. Everyone is super nice. Coffee and espresso are both really high quality. 10/10
Steve and I wanted to go to a coffee shop when we were on our most recent trip to Bellingham. Caffe Adagio was the closest spot that came up that would meet the criteria for this. We both had London Fog drinks and we usually get oat milk with our coffee shop drink purchases and oat milk goes especially well with this particular drink. Of course where would we be if we didn't get pastries. I got a delicious Blackberry Danish that they had while Steve got a savory pastry. Both were quite good and the pastry counter in general I noticed their selection was going fast so it is very popular! Good coffee shop stop and one well worth returning to but it shouldn't be a huge surprise entirely as college towns like Bellingham usually have great coffee shops!
Big bang for your lil buck. This place is legit. The middle aged man barista did a great job. The middle aged cashier woman also did a great job. This place is inexpensive but doesn't mean it's cheap. The bread was very fresh. The sandwich was well worth $7.50. However, I suggest splitting it with someone because by the second half, my mouth was bored and tired. Perhaps if they had hot sauce to accompany it, I can enjoy the whole sandwich The ambiance is humble and friendly. A little confusing to get here because of the many one way streets but it's worth navigating the maze of downtown bellingham. The presence of hobos adds just enough grit and excitement to make you feel like a real human and not some NPC background character in the movie set of Adagio. It's definitely very loud in here from all the old people talking. Not sure if it's a place have a serious meeting or do some school work. But there are students in here with laptops.

The people are always friendly and they go out of their way to make your experience a positive one. Excellent coffees to take on the run or to enjoy in the relaxed atmosphere of the caffe. The sandwiches are very good too. Definitely my favorite place for coffee in Bellingham!
The best place for a latte in Bellingham! Adagio has amazing coffee drinks, a variety of pastries and sandwiches and a large seating area that's perfect for meeting up with people or getting some work done. I've been coming here since 2015 when I started college at Western and return to grab a coffee every time I'm in town because it's just that good. I talk about this place and recommend it to friends frequently even though I've since moved out of state. The quality of the coffee served is consistent and a 10/10 so I'm going to keep coming back and sending friends to try their coffee.
Great coffee shop. The place and the people are nice, the seats comfortable, the power sockets plentiful, and WiFi for all. We had chai, strawberry Italian soda (cremosa) and a dolce fine. And finally, FINALLY, a chai tea not too sweet. Highly recommend this place, can't wait to try the food!
